This page explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on glowcarts.store.

1) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive an Order Confirmation email after checkout and a Shipping Confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Daily Cut-Off: 6:00 PM EST (processing begins the same day; ship-out occurs within the 1–2 business day processing window).

2) Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • Method: Standard Ground via USPS or UPS (selection depends on destination and package size/weight).
  • Estimated Transit Time: 3–4 business days (not including processing).
  • Delivery estimates may vary due to weather, carrier volume, remote locations, or address issues.

3) Shipping Coverage

  • Cost: Free standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders to valid street addresses and PO Boxes where supported by the carrier.
  • We currently do not offer expedited, international, or freight shipping.

4) Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive:

  • Carrier name (USPS/UPS)
  • Tracking number
  • A link to monitor your shipment

5) Address Accuracy

  • Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or redelivery costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a correction is requested after placing the order, additional carrier fees may apply.
  • Returned-to-Sender: If a parcel is returned due to an address issue or non-collection, we can reship or refund the order (less any actual outbound/return shipping costs charged by the carrier).

6) Order Cancellations

  • You may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing support@glowcarts.store.
  • If the order has already shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it. You may initiate a return once delivered (per our Returns Policy).

7) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit: Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 7 business days (or the carrier marks it as lost).
  • Marked “Delivered” but not received (possible theft): Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan.
  • Delivered damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

We will open a carrier claim and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund after verification. In some cases, carrier investigation or additional documents (e.g., a photo or affidavit) may be required.

8) Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Free return shipping: Approved returns receive a prepaid label or instructions.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, typically within 10 business days of receipt.

9) Holiday

During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday–Cyber Monday, December holidays) and severe weather events, processing and transit times may be extended.
