At Glowcarts™, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and reliably across the United States. This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing times, delivery expectations, and related practices.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–4 business days (excluding processing time)
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and do not include order processing time.
3. Shipping Cut-Off Time
Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday during business hours:
Business Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM EST for same-day processing
4. Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping is available for all U.S. orders.
- We do not currently offer expedited or international shipping.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your:
- Carrier name
- Tracking number
- Link to monitor your shipment
You can also contact our support team for assistance with tracking.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Glowcarts™ is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or redelivery costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a correction is needed after an order is placed, additional charges may apply and will be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Order Modifications or Cancellations
- You may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Contact us at support@glowcarts.store as soon as possible with your request.
- If your order has already shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is:
- Lost in transit
- Stolen after delivery
- Damaged during shipping
Please contact us within 24 hours of the estimated delivery date.
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to verification.
9. Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- To start a return, contact us at support@glowcarts.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Approved returns will receive a return shipping label or further instructions.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item within 10 business days.
- Return shipping costs are free.
