Order & Shipping FAQs

1. How long does it take to receive my order?

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States takes approximately 3–4 business days after dispatch.
Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.


Return & Refund FAQs

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Not custom-made or personalized

5. How do I start a return or exchange?

Simply contact our customer service team at support@glowcarts.store with your order number. We’ll provide you with detailed return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Return shipping is free.
We also offer exchanges for eligible items.

6. How long does a refund take?

Refunds are issued once your return is received and approved. The process typically takes 10 business days.
